Does it bother you that everywhere you go you see lots of folks with iphones?

The iphones success is starting to bother me! I see too many folks with the exact same phone as me it is getting annoying..................

I have only seen two and they were owned by people I worked with.

I think it's a good thing to see people with them.

Who cares? Are you one of those elitist Apple people? Do you define yourself by the phone you own? As far as I'm concerned, the more the merrier.

I will say I was hanging out with people not too long ago and 4/5 had iphones

very weird.....though they all worked at best buy lol

Where I live i've only seen maybe 3 other people with iphones, other than myself.

My girlfriend, my friend, and the guy that was at the At&t store (his was an original iphone though).

Oh, and usually a couple people in the apple store, but that's to be expected.

Did you stand in line for hours/days to get yours first and now you're mad since people just walk in and out of a store to get one?

I enjoy meeting others with iPhones. I enjoy discussing their experiences, what apps they use, and trading information in general. Sometimes they give me insight into something I didn't realize.

Anybody who has an issue seeing other people with iPhones is really pathetic and needs to change their perspective on what's important in life.

If the iPhone hadn't appeared when it did, I would probably have given up on mobiles completely, so I'm just glad to have one myself.

I don't mind seeing them. I think it's a good thing. I don't need to feel "extra special" because I have an iPhone and you don't. If you feel that way, boy you sure do got some issues. Maybe you should get some friends??? 😀

Me: iPhone 16GB Edge
brother: iPhone 3G 16GB black
2 cousins(brothers): iPhone 3G 16GB White
Uncle: iPhone (not sure size) Edge
aunt: iPhone 16GB EDGE
other people in my family got the 3G 16GB Whites, my brother is the only one with black..but he likes black better than white so yeah.
my friend: 16GB EDGE
other friend: 8GB EDGE
pretty much thats all I know.

Looks like a troll post. Newbie registered in Oct. Positing a rhetorical question with an elitist spin.

Flamebait waiting to happen.

Go plant some Obama signs in your neighbors lawns and steal the McCain ones already.

I see them EVERYWHERE!
But it makes me happy if anything.
When I saw one of my professors with one on the first day, I was like wow, I like her 😉

its a great product, and now with a subsidized price its obviously going to be commonplace. seeing more iPhones is a good thing as it generates revenue toward an american company and helps this piss poor economy and will hopefully divert market share from a chinese giant such as LG

Nope! The great majority of the ones I see are the 3G and I have the original, so I still get to feel elite 😉

i honestly have only seen 1 or 2 in the wild.

and does this phenomenon remind you of the razr?

I have said that to my friends the iPhone is becoming the Razr. 🙂

You know it's becoming widespread when I see the over 60 crowd using them every morning at breakfast. 🙂

I know a few people like this. I personally don't care...I just get a colored case so I don't mix up my phones.

The people I know who get bothered by this are the Apple lovers who think they are better than everyone else because they use Apple products. It kills them to see normal folk with iPhones. Douchebag elitists...
