App ID (Bundle Seed ID + Bundle Identifier)

I'm getting a little bit confused about one section of the submission process. I have named my App ID (Not Apple ID) "Apper App ID", seeing that "Apper" is the name of my app. Now I am supposed to enter a Bundle Seed ID and a Bundle Identifier.
