i badly need,insataller of Xcode application...! if do you have , can share it to me...?

It's on the Apple site. Get it from there.

If you want the iPhone one, apply to be a developer. We're not giving it to you if Apple won't.

that my problem......i cant download it... because everytime i download xcode

its need of ADC membership AND in evrytme i regester ii got more error, i dont knw y?

You have to wait for Apple to accept you into the Developer Program. It might be e-mail based. They'll take a while. If you're denied, I'm sorry, but we can't give it to you.
