Hello all! I just inherited an Imac G4 from my grandmother. It is currently running on panther. I have a macbook running on leopard. Is there anything I can really use the imac for?

iTunes sharing, file server, or a guest computer.

The thing is, it won't even let me open itunes. I keep getting a message that says "iTunes requires Mac OS X 10.4.7 or later"

My next question would then be, how do I connect this beast to the wireless internet?

I vote for getting a copy of Tiger and throwing it on that g4. I then recommend it be used as a server. Put a larger harddrive in it and its a single piece self contained server - which I love! :D

Sorry to hear about your Grandmother though. :(
