Problem with flash pages!

Hello :) i have problems with pages that had flash!I use firefox but on safari there is no such a problem?!i need a plugin or something ? pls help

What specific problems are you experiencing? And yes, Mac and Flash don't go well together, it's a well known thing.

Its something like Lag and when i went down where there is no flash its normal!It is only on firefox!!!I like firefox and i dont want to use safari.. :( btw i already tried this new version of flash player but there is no change at all!and this player is something buggy i think...
