AT&T M2M/N&W/Anytime Order of depletion?

I'm not sure what to call it so I'm not getting results when I search... does anyone know the order in which minutes are depleted?

For example, say I make a call at 9:10pm to another AT&T Wireless customer. Does that deplete night and weekend minutes first or is that included in the Unlimited Mobile to Mobile minutes?

Not true.

"Minutes will be depleted according to usage in the following order: Night and Weekend Minutes, Mobile to Mobile Minutes, Anytime Minutes and Rollover Minutes."

This is from the AT&T Wireless TOS found here
