I wasn't really sure where to put this question but here seemed most appropriate..

I came across this the other day on lifehacker and was hoping someone could help me a) identify the icons in the top-right (Archive, Temp, Books, Dropbox) as they are not part of the Black System iconset, b) how to go about right-aligning your dock like this? and c) identify what the pictures and applications stack icons are as they are also not part of the black system iconset.

The icons are by Jonas Rask (http://jonasraskdesign.com/downloads/downloads.html) (Pry Icons). Onyx (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/20070) can make the dock look like that.
