I wasn't really sure where to put this question but here seemed most appropriate..
I came across this the other day on lifehacker and was hoping someone could help me a) identify the icons in the top-right (Archive, Temp, Books, Dropbox) as they are not part of the Black System iconset, b) how to go about right-aligning your dock like this? and c) identify what the pictures and applications stack icons are as they are also not part of the black system iconset.
