There's an iPhone on ebay for $13. It comes with 6 other things, and all the original things. $150 value it says. Free shipping, and unlockable. 5 days left. Should I buy it?

Assuming that it is not a Buy-It-Now item, the price will probably sky-rocket before the auction ends, most people set the starting bid at a low price.

Have you ever used eBay before? You could not have missed the point more thoroughly. It will probably end for $400-$500.

It is just the way that eBay works, the price will jump almost exponentially from when it was put up for auction until the auction ends. The first few days on a week auction are always small priced, and then on the last day or two the price shoots way up.
