The archives of the Bill Clinton presidential library will contain 39,999,998 e-mails by the former president's staff and two by the man himself. One doesn't even really count becuase it was a test. Apparantly, technology doesn't get much support from the Oval Office.
edit: Those two were the only emails he sent during his presidency.

Well it definitely sounds as though Bill Clinton wasn't tech savvy like his Vice-President. The limited quantity should make them very valuable. I wonder how many Al Gore sent?

Perhaps he was too busy downloading pr0n to send any email.

If Al Gore has become President instead of an Apple board member do you think he would have still grown the beard?

my father never sends emails though he reads them. He is quite accomplished in life. I don't hold not-sending-emails against him. There are other ways to communicate than emails.

The article also said he wrote letters more often. I would imagine having an internet connection to the president's office where he could be unsupervised with it could constitute some form of security risk, particularly if Windows is involved.
