Need your hepls

Hi everybody!

I used Imovie to make a movie on my Mac and now I want to separate the sound from the movie and use only the sound, not the image. Because of the first time so I don't know how to do it . Anybody can hepl me to solve this problem. Thanks for your hepls.

@Courtaj: I use the iMovie 7.1.4 version. I've just buy my Mac in early of this year and I think it's the new iMovie version.

@slu: I still don't have any iMovie project, just only an event in labrary when I use the camera on my Mac to record a meeting. The movie's format now is mov and I want the mp3 or mp4 sound fie format.
