Trading iMac for new Macbook

What do you think? Would you trade a one year old 24-inch iMac (mid 2007, 2.8 2gb 750gb) for a new Macbook 2.4 4gb 250gb + external display?

Mobility is an appealing factor for me, but not really necessary.

Are you getting at least a 24" Apple Cinema?
The MacBooks are due for a refresh fairly soon I'd think so i'd pass on the current model.

But ...
I´ll laugh two times

I wouldn´t trade iMac power with MacBook Pro .. Better for me to buy low-end MacBook Air and keep my iMac on my room, otherwise It would be something called DOWNGRADE
