iPhone and new Mac

Hello guys i just bought one of the new MacBook pros and i am coming from my prior Macbook. I synced the iphone perfect to the mac. calenders, contacts ect ect. However, my applications are still on the phone, i would love to transfer them over to the mac.. is there a way to do that? So they are on my HD. Since i am getting rid of the old macbook i will need those applications to be put on my hd

did you transfer everything over to the new mac via migration assistant or tm restore?

i transfered my other files (like itunes music, and pics and such through a firewire cable) making my macbook a external hd
