How do I get Cydia and Winterboard in my Touch?

I just jailbroke it recently so I'm somewhat new to this. I used ZiPhone to do this. I want to use a custom theme but customize seems to crash even after downloading SUID Fix from Bigboss. I read that Cydia was supposed to be in it after jailbreaking but all I got was Installer. Help.

I did mine and then my wife's. It took longer to upgrade to iTunes 8 than jailbreak the Touch.
