So i've got a nice new Apple keyboard for my PC, however i need a piece of software that will program various keys to do some functions similar to what my old keyboard did with its hotkeys. I basically want to be able to press "fn" and then the say volume up button and then have the volume turn up. Can someone direct me to a good download that doesn't take any modifications to the registry or anything.

Due to lack of responses, i now open my possibilities up to slight, and i mean very simple, registry changes. (As long as it is easy to revert back if i change keyboards)

Bootcamp settings. Keyboard. Use FN key (or whatever, it's basically the only option in there).

That lets you use the FN key and then volume.

Maybe try using GlovePie?

You can use a USB mac keyboard on a windows xp machine. I have got my usb keyboard at work connected to my Vista Rig and works perfectly. The only thing is the apple key is the windows key

I was more so looking forward to using the function keys, like the volume up and down, fast forward, pause.
