View Full Version : Pepsi/iTunes Promo in your area?

I called my local bottler (Miss Gulf Coast) and asked when they would start stocking the promo bottles and at first he didn't know what I was talking about. After a few minutes explaining what it was he said being a franchisee they would probably not do the promo here.

So I called the New Orleans region and pretty much got the same answer but they knew what the promo was about. The New Orleans regions won't do the promo b/c they are doing a NBA (Hornets) promo at the same time and can't do both.

Poor planning I guess.

Anyone else going to miss out?

That sucks. I won my first song today :) Seems like chicagoland is pretty well stocked with the yellow caps. I'm gonna be drinking a lot of Pepsi in February.

Sucks to be you man. I got one off a friend of mine yesterday and I got one from my Sierra Mist this morning. Free legal music is great, aint it?

I've been checking gas station's around Lexington for about three days, still haven't seen one.

Just open random bottles without the promotion, look under the cap, emit a cry of glee even though the only thing under there is an expiry date, and then download from LimeWire.


Thats what i'll be doing, as canada has neither pepsi promotion or iTMS.


(anybody remember the 100 dollar bill in the coke can?)

Check that. Found some at walmart 30 minutes after I posted this. Bought one, won a song. So far I'm undefeated!!!

Check Wal-Mart or Target or K-Mart or the big chain grocery stores.

They have them in AL. since earlier this week. It just depends on how fast they moved out their old Pepsi bottles.
