View Full Version : what uni/college program must you be to qualify for student dev discount?

im currently in Uni and need to purchase a mac and found out that if purchase the student dev membership, i can get a mac for 20% off.
but it doesnt mention if i need to be in a specific program to be eligible or is just any uni/college student can do it.

ps> im in Political science.

The education discount is available to all higher education students and teachers.

You do not need to be in a certain major to buy it.

I bought the ADC at the student price after leopard came out. It was perfect timing for me. They include the latest OS which I hadn't bought yet so for the $100 or so for the membership I got the discount and leopard for the price of leopard which I was going to buy anyway. I bought a Mac Pro and saved a couple hundred.

Ok so I ordered my Student ADC membership. I got the email with the activation code, but now it's asking me what Company/Organization I belong too....I don't. I'm a student....I can't activate it until I put something there....Help!
