irDA trouble with a Ti667 connecting to a Sony Ericsson T610

does anyone know how to set up the irDA modem port on a powerbook? im trying to get my T610 cellphone to sync through infrared but its not working. i seem to mess up my network each time i try.

In 10.3 go to system prefrences network if you want make a new location then in show change it to infared. you can get it from thier

thanks. i downloaded the Ericsson Client 1.0.0 from apples website under the OS third party applications section. it works wonderfuly.
