Hey, I'm not to savvy on the technical specs of computers, but am looking to buy a macbook pro to use mainly for portable video editing and graphics work. I would primarily be using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere (all CS3), and Final Cut Pro.
My question is, it it worth it the extra few $100 to buy a MBP with 2.6GHz and 512MB of graphics memory or would a 2.4GHz/256MB run fine with these programs? Is there a noticeable difference in speed and processing power?
