I am currently using Appleworks as my wordprocessing program. I am new to the Apple platform and I can't find a Resume' template. These templates are usually standard in wordprocessing programs. Instead I can only find templates like Caterer envelope, Caterer Address, and Caterer etc. What the hell... are caterers a major segment of the mac world? Am I missing soomethiing here about the lack of resume' template. Can I go somewhere to download additional templates? Some help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

best advice--make your own resume. don't use a template. template resumes are a dime a dozen and make no impression at all. plus 99.9% of them really aren't well designed--they use different fonts, bold the wrong stuff, etc. as someone who looks at resumes, my best advice would be don't use a template. use one simple, uniform font (like garamond or times new roman) make your name big at the top and bold the job titles and put them first. templates always put the dates of your experience first or the name of your employer, but that's not the most important stuff.
