I just got the new MB 2.0ghz, I wanted to upgrade to an aftermarket 64GB SSD (so I can keep the original HD). Here is my questions:
I'm pretty new to this.
1. How do I swap it with a SSD and still have the OSX on the SSD. (help me with step by steps plz.)
2. Would I void the warranty for doing this.
Thanks.

You will void the AppleCare on the machine if you replace the internal harddrive of the MacBook Air.
You can see the guide here (http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/First-Look/Mac/MacBook-Air) on how to disassemble the MacBook Air.
I would recommend the Intel 80GB SSD as it currently is the fastest and most reliable with its own controller.
You only need the original copy of Mac OS X and reinstall it upon the new drive or make a bootable disk image of your current drive and load it onto the new SSD with Disk Utility in Mac OS X.
EDIT: Ok, you mean the MacBook I can see :P
It's easy replacing the harddrive in the MacBook.
