Question on refunding the difference in updated products

I bought a refurbished 1.6 G5 on Friday. I've heard from a few people that you get a refund of the difference if it's within 10 days of your purchase.
10 days after it ships? 10 days after I place the order? It applies to refurbs too, right? The price on the refurb would surely drop if a new G5 were introduced.

How does that work?

I'm not sure, but I don't think that applies to refurbs. Just think though, you bagged yourself the same computer for much less. :)
