why would i need to get windows? ive heard you can play it on mac, i just need to download UT2004 and get the tac- ops mod for it, as far as i know, i just dont know the specifics.

i can get ut2004 on my mac, too. (i think)

Well, I just looked for Tactical Ops, and found that it needed Windows. If this is UT2004, you should have said so in the beginning. Have you googled for any guides on this?

wwwweeeelll, like counter strike, tacops is is a mod for ut2004, as cs is a mod for Half Life. now in order to play cs you need a pre- load of HL seeing as how its a mod, so you need to do the same for tac ops and ut 2004. i just need to know where to go and what to dl/ purchase.

If you're going to ask here, at least have the courtesy to do a Google search that's specific, not just something general such as 'Tac Ops.' You might try, as I did, the words tactical ops UT2004 Mac.
