Just picked up my new Macbook 2.0 Ghz.
This piece is built amazingly well. I exchanged my 2.4 white macbook at best buy for this straight across.
But Now I am debating on if I should exchange it for the 2.4, I am really interested in the Backlit keyboard. I am not sure if it is worth the extra 300 though, any opinions?

There is some Mac website that showed how it can be done... unfortunately I forgot which site -- but it was complicated, something like 60+ screws... by the time you're done its probably easier just to get the 2.4 :o

Nah, im cheap enough that if it is a cheap part and 60 screws I will do it myself.:D

I seriously doubt the keyboard will be an inexpensive item.

With the money and time it takes to do this, you'll wish you would have just picked up the 2.4 GHz model.

You can not fit that keyboard in the old style MacBooks. People were trying to fit the 15" Powerbook's backlit keyboard in the 12" Powerbooks and iBooks and it didn't happen.
