View Full Version : Is it possible to reverse a jailbroken iPhone to its original state?

I read that if you jailbreak your phone, and try to restore it, then the files from the jailbreak remain on the hard drive. Is it possible to delete them?

Also, what does DFU Restore do?

Yeah, I searched on Google, but couldn't find the answer to my question, so I was hoping to find some halp on here.

You could restore then use Erase All Content and Settings. There is ZERO way the Genius Bar will see the jailbreak.

More details? Which iPhone and which method did you use to jailbreak?
