How do i relock my first gen iphone. so i can send it to apple

I want to attempt to get the 3g iphone. The iphone i have now, i bought off a lady who had it activated on at and t with applecare on the iphone.

I am looking to relock the device where you cannot tell it was hacked. i used pwnage in the past so i should be able to do this.

Just Restore to the latest firmware from Apple. That will delete any signs of Jailbreak. As for unlocking just use BootNeuter to make set up your baseband in an unlocked state. Don't tamper with the bootloader, it is an unnecessary risk and Apple does not check Bootloader integrity.
