new software: how to launch?

I've been working on some software for a while now and I finally have it stable enough to release a beta edition of it. How should I get it out there? What it does is make Safari, Mail, and The iTunes Store much faster and snappier.

You could submit it to macupdate.com or versiontracker.com

Don't forget the actual Apple.com downloads page (http://www.apple.com/downloads/) too. Actually, if/when you get your software up on apple.com it will probably get picked up automatically by the sites like macupdate and versiontracker.
