Customising the Vivid theme by Allen

I have the Vivid theme by Allen and I want to change the user wallpaper. User Wallpaper is selected in Winterboard, but when I choose the wallpaper image it does not apply.

Also, I have one icon which will not convert to the Vivid theme. How do I apply a customised icon to it instead?

As far as the wallpaper, I had read somewhere to move the user wallpaper selection below the Vivid theme in Winterboard, but I couldnt get that to work, so I just overwrote the wallpaper.png file through SSH with my own.
And as far as the icon, I believe you would have to update that manually as well. Just overwrite the icon.png file in the Applications folder of whatever app you are trying to convert.
