Greetings folks,

This is my first time doing my taxes on my Mac. I have used TaxCut for the past 5 years, and one of my favorite features is that it pulls your information from last year's saved files.

Has anybody used TaxCut for the Mac after switching from TaxCut for Windows? and if so, was it able to read your Windows files and get all the data?

Thanks.

The procedure is relatively simple.

Export your TaxCut files in TaxCut for Windows to .TXF.
Transfer the .TXF file(s) to your Mac.
Import the .TXF file(s) into TaxCut for Macintosh.

As far as I can tell, your data should be preserved. I don't use TaxCut, so I got this from the TaxCut web site.
