hello from scotland !,
New to the forums and am getting my new macbook 2Ghz tomorrow :) and am wondering how easy it is to change the harddrive - is there a guide I am follow ?
Any advice appreciated.

open the battery lid, pop the drive out, pop in the new drive. Install osx.

not quite that easy. op, take a look at this thread:

First thing you need to do is make sure you have the proper tools.

Download the manual, it explains how to do the hard drive and the memory.
