When I plug my Ipod Nano in my MAC keyboard, the ipod takes forever to start charging.

It tells me that it is connected but just stays like that until it charges.

thanks for any info

this is because the keyboard's USB hub does not put enough power through to effectively charge things. For some devices, it will just pop up and tell you that the device is a "High-Powered USB device" and that the keyboard cannot support it. Just plug the ipod into the computer itself, or buy a (powered) hub if you need.

I plug it in to the back of the computer, same thing.
The only thing that changes is when I look at my Ipod in Itunes.
where it shows the battery of my Ipod, instead of having a lightning bolt in it, it has a picture of a plug.

but my Ipod itself still says connected.
