extending desktop to a second monitor

hey i just set up a second monitor and is their a programe to put the top toolbar and bottum toolbar on the other?

No, the dock and menu bar are always on the same monitor.

Edit: Might have misunderstood ya - go to System Preferences > Displays, and drag the menu bar from one screen to the other.

if you want to change your main desktop from your main monitor to the secondary monitor go to Sys Pref/Displays/Arrangement and you can see a blue bar on the top of one of the monitors. drag that blue bar to the other monitor and it will move the top menu bar and your dock to the secondary monitor. Both will move.

i mean i would want it to where i have top and bottum toolbars on both monitors so i can run photoshop on one and final cut on the other!
