I bought the new MacBook Pro 2.4 a week ago. I installed Vista 32bit in bootcamp. It went ok for a few hours, then it goes to a blue screen, and shuts down. Now everytime i open Vista it crashes near instantly. I think its the nvidea drivers. I can only open windows through safe mode.

the error: nvlddmkm.sys

anyone know how to fix this?

Yes I believe that is from an nvidia driver. It actually takes a pretty poorly made driver to crash vista like that. Did you load the drivers from the leopard install disc?

Make sure you have service pack 1 installed. What you can do is insert the vista DVD and press r for recovery to roll your system back. After that is done I would go to laptopvideo2go.com and download the modified Inf file for your graphics card. This will allow you to install the latest official geforce drivers.

Thanks!

Thank You So Much!...this worked great for my laptop, the driver does not malfunction anymore!
