hey hi

i need to switch my ipod to a pc, yuk. it is currently set up for mac os 10.1 and i want to switch it so i can use it on a pc instead. how do i do that and where do i get that info?

thanks applefan....by the way, when I connect the ipod to the pc will I have a chance to move the music library to the pc thru the ipod? its not a big deal if I can't move the music from the mac, but if its possible that would be great.
my mac doesn't have a burner so I can't just burn the music.

You can't do it without other applications. You can get programs that do that. They pull the songs off the iPod. I can't think of any PC versions but you can search for 'iPod extractor'. Most don't cost to get.

Since the iPod is Mac formatted, you'll need to get whatever it is that you want to get off it before you do the FAT format/restore under Windows iTunes.

So Senuti it is then.
