configure mac mail with verizon-fios

using I-Mac 24 and switched to Verizon-FIOS and my Mac-Mail is disabled. Can't seem to send or receive but can connect with internet. Any help with reconfiguring it????? tried everything. !!Frustrated!!:mad:

What mail provider were you using before you switched to Verizon FIOS? Verizon mail is the same whether you're using their FIOS connection or just ordinary Verizon DSL. All you need is incoming POP3 and outgoing SMTP info to configure Mac Mail for Verizon.
