"I felt really hurt," Sheraton said in a telephone interview. "As a magician, I just felt it really was not right."
What does being a magician have to do with it being right? In fact, I'd go so far to say that being a magician is all about deceiving the other person. :D

As a remorseful purchaser of iBeer, may I please have my money back, then?

iBeer, while it might look nicer in screenshots, is significantly poorer in real life. For some reason, it sounds like a fishtank, and the framerate is awful.

iPint is close to perfect. Very smooth, and makes no noise.

As for ripping off of his idea, doubtful. People are free to re-implement other's ideas all the time. He didn't copyright it, and I wouldn't even eliminate the possibility of the 5th largest brewer coming up with the idea of a virtual beer independently.

My god, there's forty billion color matching games in the store right now. I wish they'd all sue each other to oblivion.

Money money money...

Seriously, this guy needs a kick up the arse and then flown to parts of the undeveloped world and left there to think about how much of an arsehole he is.

$12.5 million....it makes me sick that people sue for anything these days.
