i used pwnage 2.1 to create an ipsw file and am having trouble loading to iphone

everytime i try to retore the iphone with the custom ipsw file it shows an error message (21) what do i do next?
 
If you are on 2.1 firmware you might just try downloading the custom 2.1 ipsw that's already floating around out there. I used it when I had my 3G and it work perfectly. Try restoring your iPhone and then Jailbreak again with the downloaded ipsw.
