after listening to xm on a rental car, i noticed there were 2-3 comedy stations that broadcast nothing but standup comedy. it was great to listen to it in the car on a long drive since it kept me awake. anyways, i was wondering if i can listen to that on the iPhone. i'm currently listening to stitcher radio for news and talk shows and iheartradio for KFI talk radio. any help would be appreciated.

Your loss, besides you can play a flat fee, not monthly....but oh well, you're missing out on tons of great stuff available on sirius/xm

I use "Tuner". A good station for stand-up comedy that I listen to is "Comedy 104". It's not just standup comedy, though, once per hour it does a few minutes of CNN news, and in the evenings it has plays some political talk-radio podcast.

If you know of any comedians in particular then last.fm is AMAZING I just put one of my favorite comics in (Daniel Tosh) and got about 15-20 right in a row of different comics that all left me in stitches

If you download Last.FM, you can search for stand up comedy in general if you select the "Tag" tab and type "Stand Up" or "Stand Up Comedy". Usually does a pretty good job.
I haven't tried Pandora yet.

Pandora is a little weird. They don't give stand-up comedians, but they have a huge selection of "musical comedians" (Stephen Lynch, Da Vinci's Notebook etc.) I keep them both for the what ever my preference is.

Some is old and some is crap, but it is stand-up. Mostly from released CDs from what I can tell. Nothing too gritty. Ray Romano, Seinfeld, Jeff Foxworthy to name a few. Also some cruddy Simpsons songs and that *stupid* dog-puppet with the foul mouth.
