You lucky barstard Nermal!
I only upgraded my PC to 512MB RAM and 40GBHD with Win XP ( I had Win 98 before that) after coping the Blaster Virus last year so that doesnt count. I got my 20GBiPod last Friday after they arrived in the country since running out at Christmas time.

It's taken until yesterday to actually have spare cash after buying it!

I got mine October 2002, when Apple Centre NextByte were selling ex Demo models.
I bought a Power Mac G4 466 DA, still running well. I'll probably buy a new computer next year, unless it starts to rain money anytime soon.

I bought my 17" 1.25 GHz G4 iMac in December as an early Christmas present to myself. I love it and couldn't be happier! As for my next computer, I'll probably wait for the G7s...

I ordered my 20" iMac with Bluetooth and 512mb of memory on January 30, 2004. It shipped last night! I've applied and been turned down for an Apple Instant Loan in 2001 and 2002. I got approved this time!

Last machines I bought were two Dell PII-450s for US $10 per machine. That was January.
Before that, I bought a SGI indigo Iris last year in October US $15.
I don't buy pre-configured x86 machines unless they are used and really cheap like the Dells.
My last x86 Motherboard, Chip, and RAM purchase was February of last year. Got a Sapphire ATI 9000 Pro 128MB DDR for it in August. US $120
The last Mac (new) is a G4-733, 1.25G RAM, 140G storage, superdrive, in march of 2002. US $1500

Floor model Dual G4 500 from CompUSA in Hurst, TX last spring. Couldn't get the DVD-RAM drive to work with DVD-RAM's but didn't care much as I put my DVD-RW drive in it right away.
Got it to replace an aging Blue & White witha G4 400MHz upgrade to hold me 'till the G5's came out (still waiting for 2nd generation as I got burned on a 1st gen B&W G3)
I just upgraded to FCP 4 and now I'm really wanting a dual G5 for those LiveType renders!
edit:
PS: CompUSA require me to purchase their 3 year, platinum waranty with it, but even with that it was about $700. I can probably get close to that for it on eBay anyway.

Bought my Dual 2gig G5 the day it came into my local apple reatailer. That was mid to late October (can't remember the date exactly). It's also my first mac ever. . . And I love it, I will never go back to PCs.

It would be interesting to tie this into historical mac updates too, to see if more mac updates come in Sept - Nov. or if there is no correlation. Obviously, the beginning of the academic year makes a big difference, but you would also think things like tax refunds and holiday/year-end bonuses would make a difference too (for workin' folk).
But what I am concerned about is whether the slow months coming up means that Apple isn't going to issue any updates until later! I want my Dual 3 GHz G5 and 30 inch display! (I'm working on my G3 bronze-keyboard PowerBook....I'm going to skip G4 completely!)

The tax refunds and bonuses were probably spent months before anyone actually got them.

I got my iBook 700mhz on November 25. It has been a great computer (so far).
I purchased my Power Mac G4 on September 1st 2000. Very interesting the the majority are purchased in the Fall and Winter season.
I noticed that too. I think that a lot of people bought iBooks and Powerbooks when they came out in November. Also, some people probably received some computers for the holiday season.
