Anywhere to get an Anime drawing of yourself done?

I want to get a picture of my sister as an anime character for a christmas present (she's obsessed with it!). Anyone know a place that can do that? I'd really appreciate it!
 
Commissioning an artist from a site like deviantart would be the way to go. Find one that does good anime pictures then take it from there.
