Bluetooth dialer car kit

Was wondering what some people out there might suggest. If I keep looking at the phone to dial i`ll kill someone driving. I need a simple Bluetooth care kit, mount is nice, but just need something that I can place anywhere and hit a key or two and dial. Voice activated also would be nice....

Let me sum it up now that i have done some more looking....More of a speakerphone, auto dialer type device...
