Only apply double command to my external keyboard

Hello.

I just got an external keyboard for my macbook pro, but the keyboard is windows based one. I tried using double command: http://doublecommand.sourceforge.net/

The problem is that switching keys not only applies to my external keyboard, but also on my macbook pro's keyboard. Is it possible for me to switch the keys around only on my external keyboard?
 
I don't think there is any way to do that. I know that with the application Butler you can make key remapping be application-specific, but I don't believe there is any way to make the system distinguish between the two keyboards.
