I have a Mirrored Door Power Mac G4. I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to have an internal superdrive installed after purchase and about how much it would cost?

Yes it will work, cost will be around $200, more if you're buying a newer drive with faster speeds.

Check this link (http://forums.xlr8yourmac.com/drivedb/search.drivedb.lasso) for compatibility and this one (http://www.pricewatch.com/) for prices.

Yep.

The Pioneer A06 is a very good one. Writes DVD +/- R/RW, and also works with iDVD.

Probably around $200,-

As you have a MDD, you can place it next to your current optical drive.

PS. don't forget to remove the piece of plastic on the front of the tray, because it will make the drive unable to open inside you G4....
