Please please... how to backup music to PC... please??

Hi there,

so here i am again. searching for help for something that should be straightforward but is not.

how can i back up my music on my ipod touch to my computer hdd?

I want to back up what i have on my wife's ipt... music, photos, everything.
I am famaliar with how to JB as i had no problem on my iphone 3g, but need to get the MUSIC to my computer after my HDD died and i now dont feel much like finding all the music to rip agian.

Tried copytrans but it cannot see my ipod.
this is getting frustrating indeed.

I used Ipod Access to successfully backup my music and videos from my 1st Gen iPod Touch.

Not too sure about pictures though.

I purchased Disk Aid ($20) seem to work. My Ipod was used and I wanted some of the songs (2100 of them) the other user left on them. It will copy to and from without the use of itunes.

ziphone does not backup your music to PC

but yeh I second the ipod access program I have used it many a time for getting tracks off my iPod to share with people
