Anyway to modify the Incase hardshell to adress the screen angle issue?

I don't have one and have never seen one, I was wondering if there was any way to modify it so the screen limitations are no more?

Yes, you can modify it. I modified mine as soon as i got it. I just put it on, traced and edge where the screen touches the bottom case, traced it with a pencil, took off the bottom then went at it with a sanding wheel on a dremmel tool. Just take your time and it will work. i sanded mine down from about 8 thousandths to around 2 or three or so. It open almost as wide as with out it. Now its just limited slightly by the lip of the lid case.
