constantly freezing

phone always freezing on me.
What to do to fix this always occuring problem. Home button and sleep button won't do anything even if I hold them both at the same time most of the time.

Is this something that usually happens with these devices?

Shouldnt be doing that often. Mine has done it maybe 3 times since july. You may need to take it in and have them look at it.
