AT&T USB 3G cards

Has anyone used their Air with a USB 3G card? Do both the straight stick (mercury) and the bending one (USBConnect 881) fit into the Air's side port?

I use the USB 881, it works just fine except for blocking the headphone jack. When I travel I listen to music on my Touch while working on the Air so its not really an issue, but I thought I should point it out. It's not impossible to use headphones but it is awkward.
