Which version of Win XP Pro

I'm about to get another macbook and will be running Fusion and Win Xp Pro. However, I'm confused as to which version would work? Can I just use OEM ($150) or do I have to get the full professional ($280)? Will the system builder work? From what I've read, 64bit is fairly problematic. Let me know what you think. Also, does it matter if it's SP2 or SP3?

For XP Pro, just get the OEM. 32-bit because 64-bit XP is a disaster. SP2 or higher.

Get OEM. XP - 32-bit. Vista - 64-bit. SP2 and SP3 doesn't matter, if you purchase SP2, just update to SP3.
