Gotta say God... sorry Steve, but you can't get me into Heaven, plus you're going to die someday, and who knows how Apple will fare again without you...

Oh yea, one more thing for those of you who say Steve Jobs.... (and if you believe in God), well God created the Earth, and therefore was involved in creating SJ... So the answer to everything always has God somewhere in the answer...

d) Santa Klaus
Sorry I haven't run into Steve Jobs being in multiple places at once (unless the new Jobs animatronic is out), but that guy in the red suit is everywhere -- it's kind of freaky.

Yeah, it isn't your typical multiple choice question. Usually, each possible response in a multiple choice question is distinct.
However, a) and b) are the same. God=Allah, Allah=God. It's just a different name for the same "entity," so to speak. I don't know who Jahve is so I can't comment on that.
I find it a little frustrating when people set these big lines between religions and talk about "your God" and "my God" and what not. It's just different ways of expressing much the same philosophy in different cultures and languages.

I assumed it was Yaweh or Jehovah. Which would again be the same as A. and B.

Yeah, I thought it might have been Jehovah. And right you are, all the same.

Wow, I wasnÕt expecting such ÒseriousÓ replies.
I thaught it was funny when I saw it (and I still do), especially considering how so many in the Mac community basically ÒworshipÓ Steve. ;)
Actually to me the most I intriguing part was how these ÒdivineÓ attributes apply equally well to Santa Klaus.
Makes you think (made me).
p.s.: Jahve = Jahveh, Jahweh, Jehovah, Yahve, Yahveh, and Yahwe, all different spelling of Òyhwh"

i always think its funny how the name yahweh or jehovah came from the orignal hebrew which was supposedly unpronounceable except for a high priest...the way the word is written in hebrew leaves a lot for interpretation

I thought no one back then was allowed to speak the name of God, or the Hebrew for Lord, so Yahweh became the word, which was a combination of words in Hebrew. I may be wrong, it's been a while since I learned old testament.

I choose: A. God. Yahweh is another name for God. Your religious beliefs would tend to determine your answer. For me it was easy.
Steve Jobs is after all a Human Being like the rest of us. When it comes to Mac people, he is our hero. He just doesn't fit all the criteria.

(f) Larry Ellison
Surely everyone's heard of his biography, "The Difference Between God and Larry Ellison (God Doesn't Think He's Larry Ellison)."
In case anyone hasn't heard of it, this is the actual title.

A,B,C are the same. Santa doesn't punish, he just doesn't reward. Steve Jobs should not be in the same category as the first three - maybe with Santa.

You're confusing Saint Nicholas with Santa Klaus/Santa Claus.
I would pick d) Santa Klaus. At least, there is a stable idea of what he is.

A & B are 1 in the same... don't know who C or E are. I would have to go with D.
