Just like the title says... Is it possible? Im going on a trip with my wife and we want to watch a movie on my macbook pro on the plane. Does anyone know of a way for both of us to listen on headphones at the same time?

Yes, using a Y-splitter.

Yeah. You will need this little thing called audio output splitter or something like that. Look on Google and/or eBay.
